cheese. Walter Antonucci, a transplanted Italian microbiologist
takes the rich creamy milk from the Australian Gold
Coast hinterland, and produces superb thick, creamy
Marscapone and Tiramisu
Marscapone that is to die for, along with
a range of other great fresh cheese products.
Another favorite are the Mozzarella
Pearls - one of only three producers in the
world (the other two are in Italy), Fresco Mozzarella
Pearls are tiny pearl size balls of bocconcini - fresh
cows milk mozzarella that are tasty on their own, but
make a great addition to any salad or mixed into chopped
tomato, onion and garlic.
